			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><em>Thank you all for coming to our fourth Women Who Lunch/NYC at Amarone Restaurant!  It was a terrific success thanks to the all the women who gave up a part of their day to be with us and share their stories.  The day started with introductions, some funny, some heartwarming and all interesting.  We had a delicious and tasty lunch cooked by Chef Maria Sivori and her wonderful team at Amarone. </em></p>

<p>Thank you for a wonderful (and sold out) Women Who Lunch/NYC with Advisor Carol Scott speaking on &#8220;The Seven Secrets of Success&#8221; (see group photo above with report from Associate Director Jill Markowitz).  Thanks to Chef Maria Sivori, co-Facilitators Christina Bark and Elaine Totten Davis, and all who helped make that a success. Carol has agreed to a &#8220;return engagement&#8221; at a future First Mondays/NYC in the Winter or Spring.</p>
<p>We would like to expand Women Who Lunch to Philadelphia in the next few months. We have a new advisor (Dr. Jody Whitehouse) from Philly who has offered to help organize and we are looking for a co-facilitator to help her launch the event. If anyone knows any good women in Philly, please connect them with us. The larger the network, the stronger our community of creative entrepreneurs.</p>
<p>Our next First Mondays/NYC will be Oct. 3rd (6-9 PM) at the old Parlour, 250 West 86th Street.   We are hoping to learn some new dance steps (like The Kat Daddy) and brush up on old ones (like The Dougie).  Please bring friends. Please join our Facebook and LinkedIn groups.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>We are pleased to announce our fourth Women Who Lunch &#8211; Greater Boston event on Wednesday, May 11, from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.</p>
<p>Our event is graciously hosted by Mary Catherine Deibel and Deborah Hughes of Upstairs on the Square and facilitated by Robin Lapidus and Elaine Davis.</p>
<p>If you would like to connect with smart, funny, talented, women in a non-judgmental setting over a delicious and healthy lunch and a glass of wine, please join us!</p>
<p>At our events women are encouraged to introduce themselves to the other guests and to seek new opportunities and connections within the wealth of talent and resourcefulness of our lunch group. We believe that all participants will meet potential business partners, advisors, and friends – and that you will eat and be merry!</p>
<p>Our May event will be held in the private Soiree Room at UpStairs which permits us more opportunities to swap tables, switch things around, and laugh as loud as we want!</p>
<p>Please submit a brief bio statement (one sentence or a few paragraphs about who you are and where you are from) BEFORE Wednesday, May 4th which allows us to send all the bios to all of our lunch participants before we meet.</p>

our third luncheon event. The event was held at UpStairs on the Square in<br />
the privacy of the magnificently sunny “Shocking” Pink Zebra room.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">It was a great pleasure sharing a lunch table with thirty-five exceptional<br />
women who came to connect, network and enjoy lively conversation. Each woman<br />
at our event had an opportunity to introduce themselves to the entire room<br />
and the exchange was inspiring, powerful and fun.  Mary-Catherine Deibel,<br />
owner of UpStairs on the Square, co-hosted the event with facilitators Robin<br />
Lapidus and Elaine Davis. Everyone walked away, on a<br />
&#8220;subzero&#8221; day with an extra reserve of warmth and ramped up energy.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Our next event will be held in the larger private Soiree Room at UpStairs on<br />
the Square on Wednesday, March 2nd 2010.</p>
