What is a Mentor?
Mentors are seasoned professionals in a given field who provide expertise to less experienced individuals. Through a personal relationship, mentors help their mentees/proteges advance their careers, enhance their education and build their networks.
Who are Mentees?
Mentees, or Proteges, are students seeking to expand their professional knowledge and experience through working closely with a professional teacher or Mentor. Through this relationship, a Mentee gains advice to aid their careers.
