Women Mentor Women is the pilot mentoring program of the I Can Still do That Foundation. The program intends to encourage women in the workforce to apply time to mentoring recently displaced workers as well as up and coming young professionals.
The current economic downturn is an inspiring time for mentoring as, not only a great tool for training and re-training, but a way of creating sustainable jobs and businesses. We hope that the new economy helps us identify the errors of our past. Workplace development can be a great experience for not only teaching and learning but building relationships that last.
This website is a tool for understanding the many great things mentoring can offer. We hope that as we continue to grow, the site will become an ever-growing network of Women mentors and protégés. We hope that you please take the time to grow your understanding of mentoring and what it means to society.
