Barbara Insley”Don’t Worry; Be Healthy; Help Yourself!
Barbara Insley, LMT, will share simple self-care techniques that you can use to help your body thrive.

 

Barbara is a well-known NYC massage therapist specializing in chronic diseases and discomforts, and promoting health-enhancing self-care techniques.  She is one of the premier therapists trained in Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) and shared her skills on the Dr. Oz Show (originally aired May 31 2011).

 

She is a graduate from NYC’s Ohashi Institute, and the Swedish Institute of Massage,  studied Chi Nei Tsang with Gilles Marin,  and Lymphatic Drainage with Bruno Chikly.  For more than 25 years, she has loved her “hands-on” client work as well as teaching simple health-enhancing self-care techniques to transform wellness.  Barbara has also been blessed with a career as an actor, having studied with Stella Adler, and a talent for being a world record-setting sky diver.

Women Who Lunch NYC on April 12, 2013 is cancelled.

 

We are so sorry!   We need to cancel our lunch this month.However, our featured speaker Barbara Insley will be our speaker at the June 14th lunch.  We hope you are able to attend.

 

If you’ve already purchased tickets and are unable to make the June 14th lunch, please email jill@icanstilldothat.org to have a refund issued.  Otherwise, we will apply your payment to June’s lunch.
